Exam Tips
1. Your paper will last for 1 hr 45 minutes (although you have up to 2 hours to complete it).
2. Underline key command terms.
3. Make sure you fill all the space given to you.
4. Understand the marks. A question for 2 marks requires 2 points, 3 marks = 3 points made, 4 & 5 = the same. Number each of the questions e.g. for 3 marks, bullet point 1, 2, 3 each separated by two lines.
You have exactly twice as many lines as the number of marks so each point should take two lines to make.
5. P.E.E.L in the 7 mark questions.
6. Revise and remember your case studies including at least three pieces of data / place information / key people etc.
Anything you produce now (revision materials) will be of real use 12 months from now for the real thing!
Feedback on your exam performance
Use the three videos below and the feedback sheet to complete a review of your performance activity. This will be shared with your parents before the Parent / Teacher meeting on Wednesday 14 May 2025. Your deadline for the completion of this is Monday 12 May 2025 and you will submit it on ManageBac.
